I am Kylie, the owner and designer of Whimsical Wisteria.
My passion began my senior of high school, and continued to grow from that point on.
Most of my design work has been done for family and friends over the years, and entered in competitions.
Supporting local and American flower growers, is very important to me because I am a farm kid, and continue to support the local farming community.
